Q: What's in your cookies? 

My cookies are a one-of-a-kind vanilla sugar cookie made with premium ingredients. Other flavours are available for an additional fee, and a minimum order of 2 dozen. These flavours include chocolate, lemon vanilla bean, hot chocolate, and pumpkin spice. 


My cookies contain common allergens including wheat, dairy and eggs.

Cookies are home produced, and processed in a kitchen that may come in contact with other allergens such as nuts, soy, and more. Those with severe allergies should contact me before placing their order.  

I do not offer vegan or gluten free cookies at this time. 

Q: How do I place an order? 

You can click the "order" tab on the website. Please note, that this is a request for cookies only. It does not guarantee your order, as I may be unavailable for the date requested. 
It is helpful for you to submit your inquiry with the following details

  • Theme

  • Possible cookie design ideas

  • Quantity

  • Date that you need the cookies in your hands

Please allow a few business days for me to get back to you. I am a one woman show, working full time, and designing cookies on the side! I will get back to you as soon as I can. 

Once I confirm your date and provide a quote, you'll have 48 hours to accept or decline, and send the payment. Once payment is received, your order is booked. 


 

Q: How much notice do you need to make my cookies? 

Because I want to make sure your cookies have my full attention, I only take 1 order every week. 

For this reason, I book up very fast. 

I recommend getting your orders in 6 - 8 weeks in advance. I do not take order over 8 weeks out, unless for weddings. 

That said, feel free to reach out whenever! I can occasionally fit in orders with as little as two weeks notice. 

Orders with less notice may be possible, but these orders have a rush fee. 


 

Q: I love these cookies I found online. Can you recreate them? 

I love creating custom cookies in my style! I do my best when I am given creative freedom with your set. I am always happy to receive inspiration photos from clients, but I will not copy another cookie artist's work. I will take the photos and create a set with my own spin on it. 

I am confident in my cookie skills, and I know that I can exceed your expectations. 
 

Just like I do not copy other's cookies, I also do not recreate logos or characters, unless they are in public domain.


 

Q: How long do your cookies stay fresh? 

Cookies will stay fresh in their sealed bags for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. You can store them on your counter away from the sun until your event. Do not put the cookies in the fridge. 

My cookies also freeze beautifully! They can stay in the freezer for up to 6 months! 

To freeze your cookies: 

  1. Place cookies (in their bags), in an airtight container. Do not stack more than 2 cookies on top of eachother. 

  2. Place in the freezer, and do not place anything heavy on top that might crush them. 

  3. The night before your event (or at least 3 hours), take your cookies out, and leave on the counter. 
    DO NOT TOUCH THEM! Leave unopened and untouched until they are completely thawed. Touching the cookies before they are thawed may result in the condensation affecting the icing. Keeping the cookies in their container with the lid on will allow the condensation to form on the outside of the container, and not your cookies. 

  4. Enjoy! They will be as fresh as the day they were baked! 


 

Q: Where are you located? 

I am located in Kitchener, Ontario. 
I do visit the Woodstock/Ingersoll area monthly, and can arrange pick ups there. 

Delivery is available for a fee.
